About the role

Sanjana Technologies is hiring a Junior Data Entry Operator to support ERP data entry, master data maintenance, document updates, and operational records for implementation and customer support work.

Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain accurate business data in ERPNext.

- Verify documents, spreadsheets, and customer records.

- Support master data cleanup, migration preparation, and routine data updates.

- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for clean data flow.

Requirements

- Junior level / fresher to early-career profile.

- Good typing accuracy and attention to detail.

- Basic spreadsheet knowledge.

- Willingness to learn ERPNext data entry and business process documentation.
